How do I place an Order?
For placing an order,
1. You have to choose your desire size (Make sure you go through size chart before selecting the size)
2. You have to press add to cart button, go to cart page check all the details and press checkout.
3. or You can skip Step 2 and press Buy Now button on product page that will redirect you to checkout page directly.
4. You have to register or login if you are already registered.
5. You have to choose shipping method.
6. You have to enter some common details for delivery like your address email phone number etc.
7. You have to choose payment method.
8. Yay!! Your order is placed and you will receive it within 10 days.

How do I return an item?
We are not accepting returns, we are accepting exchanges only if you face any issue with the product like size, defect etc.
How do I exchange an item?
You can exchange items with in 7 days of your order delivered. You just need to email us at help@nightglitz.in or Whatsapp us at +919982648648.
Tell us your order id starting with NG (For eg. NGXXXX) and we will create an exchange order for you as per your requirement.
After confirmation of your exchange, You have to ship the item at our given address on discussion.

Do I have to pay anything to Exchange my items?
You have to bear the nominal reverse shipping charges i.e. ₹100/- for each item as we are providing free shipping with our orders.
